Registration Fee

  • Early registration fee applies until April 9th, 2018, 11:59PM.
    [JST = Japan Time = GMT+09:00 is earlier than most of the timezones]
  • Regular online registration is available until May 20th, 2018, 11:59PM.

Registration fee includes:

  • Reception on May 28th (Mon)
  • Excursion on May 30th (Wed)
  • Banquet on May 31st (Thu)
  • Coffee breaks (everyday)
  • Conference kit (*)
  • Conference proceedings (*)
(*: participants only)

Lunch is not included in the registration fee, since many reasonable restaurants are located nearby the conference venue. Restaurant guide will be provided in the City Guide page.

Visa Application

  • Participants with nationality / citizenship of countries and region listed in http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/short/novisa.html are not required to obtain visas to enter Japan and stay for short term for a conference.
  • Procedure to obtain a visa for those who are not in the list above is given in http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html and links therein.
  • For those who need a visa to enter Japan, HQL 2018 LOC will provide the Inivitation Letter and other necessary documents. Visa documents will be issued only to those who fully registered to the conference and the LOC recognizes. We will contact you by a separate email for further necessary information.
